first netball tranin

FIRST NETBALL TRAINING

had to run 20 rounds ard the netball&basketball
court . had the same attack . couldn't breathe
properly . did suicide alot alot larh
didnt expect it to be this tough
den did the steps . tripped everytime
i went upp . hahha .
had to do sit ups & push ups
couldnt do it properly so one of the seniors
helped me . bloodie tough . I DONT HAVE THE
FREAKIN STAMINA & ms rai even said tat
this wasnt realli tough . I WANT HER TO DO .
den she can talk . ass sia
went to toilet & washed our faces . was with
Iris,Amanda & Prithi . funn :)
anywaez . netball seniors ROCKS !
haha . seriously . they let us cheat sometimes
